Should the forum adopt another team ?

You see, I've never had a second team and this board has followers of many different clubs. Could we all crowd under the same umbrella just for a giggle, something we could all join together with ?

I was looking at Red Star FC (of Paris). Cracking ground history since 1897.....

We don't have any frenchies do we, only chez, we could annoy him for home games and may even make one.....thoughts  aswell as other possibilities ?.

Was it NEC Breda who used to attend some of our away European away games with their NEC banner?

What's so special aboot them?

absolutely nothing except a long (1897) dull history in a country where i don't believe anyone on here has any allegiances.

they are only an example..........the ground looks great aswell mind.

Aye, this is true, they seem to have one of the largest fanbases in Germany.

NAC Breda aye.

Could do a city that Newcastle is twinned with. The cities are:

Atlanta – United States

- Bergen – Norway

- Gelsenkirchen – Germany

- Groningen – Netherlands

- Haifa – Israel

- Nancy – France

- Malmö – Sweden[118]

- Newcastle – Australia, on the Hunter River and also a coal hub.

- Newcastle – South Africa

- Taiyuan – China

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

So Gronigen maybe? Malmo? Nancy? All play at a decent standard in their respective countries. Could also go for Schalke going off that list but that would kind of miss the point.

Relegated form Serie B to Serie C due to financial difficulties. Likes of Cerci and Kutuzov played for them.
