Guest n4e
I wonder how many mins Shola has been on the pitch for in all his appearances. Can't have completed 90 mins all that often. Rubbish. http://img524.imageshack.us/img524/5233/hatersb.jpg

Mr. Snrub
Love the picture, really highlights just how hard it was for him to score.
N.A.G.A.S
After the performance from Loven and Best today he's got to be worried about his place in the starting

Tooj
I've heard a rumour this is similar to Shola's pre-derby routine. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_NMzepSePD4
Hughesy
I wonder how many mins Shola has been on the pitch for in all his appearances. Can't have completed 90 mins all that often. Rubbish. Not really.. Total (Club) 293 (117)

Thespence
I see the Derby Day Destroyer being placed in carbonite by the club as part Shola pre-derby routine. Derek Wright will start defrosting him on Friday night. Not ready to de-frost just yet. http://img687.imageshack.us/img687/2756/sholaameobiprederbydayc.jpg

binnsy
pinched from my mates FB status but it made me laugh... Shola Ameobi is as we speak perched on top of one of the Sunderland cross bars at the Stadium of Light, Shola Ameobi doesn't sleep, he waits.... Guest Heneage
He's been pin pointed as the figurehead of our attack for Sunday, the build up concerns me as when we expect a performance he rarely delivers.

Guest sittingontheball
He's definitely better when Carroll isn't playing. Unfortunately Carroll is going to be playing nearly every game. They both tend to work the left side, mainly the inside left position, in each others' way. Its very clear on the Guardian chalkboards. If you go there, I don't recommend any of the other articles...
