Ronaldo
One of his only friends in the dressing room apparently along with Gozza and Elliot so he will definitely want to keep him. Probably for 75% of that very reason. They're virtually all on Pardew's side, by the sounds of it. Well have to appear that way if they want to play... I am sure the players have as much hope as we do that Ashley would sack Pardew. Then they should fucking do something about it like proper professionals would. Even that lot down the road refused to go past September with an incompetent hurting their careers.
KaKa
Yeah, shame I don't get to have a summer off from this joker though. Outrageous really. Hope they're just being polite, before culling him off when it matters.
Shearergol
He should be their coach tbh.
NG32
It would be class if Shola gets further than England in a world cup. Oh how that would be hilarious to watch unfold.

Disco
The board may be ignoring Pardew's requests because they are going to sack him at end of season. Fingers crossed. As Wullie has alluded Pardew needs to have the shit sold from under him to encourage him to play the players whose valued might stop depreciating by being frozen out on the bench. AlanSkÃrare
FFS this man's career is a gigantic pisstake. 5 goals in 75 games -> World Cup.

Ndegwa
Hope he does well out in the WC. Seems to play well for Nigeria, scored a cracking goal at craven cottage for them vs Italy and provided a great assist too. Can't begrudge him for making the (prelim) squad, it's most kids' dreams to play in the WC and if he gets the chance I hope he makes the most of it. Guest reefatoon
For fuck sake man, down to this cunt and Pardew, I have been detesting football. Now here is is popping up to destroy the World Cup with the help of Pardew as a pundit (is that still happening?). Football can really kick you in the cock at times like. Guest firetotheworks
He'll have replied to a blatant scam email and it'll have turned out that he actually will end up playing for Nigeria at the World Cup. That's exactly who he is, the Mr Magoo of football.

What are the thoughts of the regular Nigerian fan about him, btw? Is he even well regarded in the country? The guy has done nothing of note for his club, ever. How do you think he's perceived? He's a complete unknown for the most part really. Think people just assume he's an alright player, as he's at Newcastle. He hasn't featured enough to show his "special" talents. He's done okay in spurts, as he can do, but God help us if he has to play significant minutes by some freak chance, and he gets to show his real colours. Nigerians will not be as tolerant as the Geordies that's for sure.
