Dinho lad
The overreaction to that should brighten up my day a little. He's off in the summer, then.
Mick
Thought he did alright today. He did, from an Everton point of view.
Frazzle
Thought he did alright today. You're an impartial observer though. Some 'fans' sharpen their knives while the rest are watching the game.
Guest neesy111
He started off well, but then disappeared for most of the 2nd half.
M4
Shola should be the one grateful he still gets a look in. Too right he should be willing to play injured
Guest toonlass
Can someone Photoshop me Shola as Phantom of the Opera?

Jordan
I felt for him today, I personally felt that he played well but got treat like shit because he's the scapegoat of the squad.
Guest BlacknWhiteArmy
I thought he did alright when he came on actually.
Dave
We need two starting strikers in the summer, Best and Ameobi can be third and fourth with Ranger out on loan.
Heron
Very committed to the cause. Got a whack yesterday on his face but carried on. Great to see.
ATB
Think he actually played well. Obviously he is no Carro... ... so I was quite surprised actually.
Yorkie
We need two starting strikers in the summer, Best and Ameobi can be third and fourth with Ranger out on loan. One starting striker and one other striker. Mr X with Ben Arfa just off him should be our first choice pairing next year imo.

Really cant see Pards playing him as a striker or attacking central midfielder as he's too light.
LRD
It's not just about size or strength though. It's also about technical ability of which Ben Arfa is not short of, and crucially what top players have and that is balance. Messi is a midget yet he excels in a central role for Barca. There will not be any problems with an attacking midfield / playmaker role for Ben Arfa.
Pilko
Ben Arfa's 'position' might be left wing but he'll pop up all over the place. He's one of those players.

'crop' wasn't it? Same idea! But yeah, I agree. Ben Arfa really wandered around the pitch from the left wing at the Stoke game. Certainly will roam. Really cant see Pards playing him as a striker or attacking central midfielder as he's too light. It'd be such a colossal waste if so. We're dying for someone to link the midfield to the attack. Plus it'd be nice to have all of our best players on the pitch at the same time - Jonas and HBA being two of them.

AyeDubbleYoo
Shola is our best striker at the moment, I would hope that would change after the transfer window but he's definitely going to have a big part to play even next season IMO.
Ronaldo
Best has proved he's more of a goal threat and a far better athlete. He's also 5 years younger than Shola.
QBG
Best is in better form, but Shola's hold up play is of massive use to the team. They should be our front 2 with Ranger and Kuqi on the bench and Lovenkrands nowhere near the squad.
