David28
Not too sure if Gyan will be big succes in the Premier League. What else is he good at than only taking penalties?

NG32
From the BBC From Neil Atkin, via text: "Don't know if this is good or bad for the Toon but I've just drove past their training ground only to see Emile Heskey chatting to Chris Hughton!" You're the third person who has said that. Just saying... Don't believe it personally, BBC page is full of crap on Deadline day. Good eyes to CH to Hesk from the road. NUFC are now so cheeky they are conducting transfer business on whitley road in full view of everyone.

AyeDubbleYoo
Weird going into deadline day not actually caring what happens. We've done some great deals already, so even if nobody else comes in I'll be reasonably happy. Would like to see another striker in, except if it's Heskey. If not then its been a good window and we've improved the squad. There would be absolutely no point in signing Heskey, Carroll and Ameobi are both better. Guest Spark
Are people really happy with us not signing anyone else? If Carroll or Enrique get injured then we're fucked.
SEMTEX
As good as Enrique may be, I'd hardly say we were "fucked" if we had to throw someone else in at left-back. He's not THAT vital.
AyeDubbleYoo
I do want to us to sign a forward, but I'm just saying that this transfer window is already way beyond what I expected.
morpeth mag
Shola, Best, Ranger, Xisco are all cover for Caroll Kadar, Perch, Raylor are cover for Enrique No in an ideal world the cover may be better but it is adequate for now. We need quality not cover. Personally I think we are missing a first choice RB above all else.
