cp40
worse thing in the world is gift a sam team an early goal- the spectacle that will follow will be the ugliest thing outside of sunderland.
oldtype
It's odd, this sort of match was always so predictable that I find it hard to even get mad about it.
Ronaldo
If you need a goal, Ranger would not be the first to bring on, he is awful in front of goal, decent at everything else. Who is then? Probably Lovenkrands Wake up.

This. I know I've said it like three times in this thread, but that was the absolute only thing we couldn't do in this match.
Dave
Got to get Routledge on for me, open the pitch up as much as possible. Not sure who I'd take off though. Maybe Tiote and play JB central. Sounds like a plan.
Guest Heneage
Terrible from Tiote. Same old Shola; one good game in the midst of four bad ones. Erm, was there 12 games between, West Ham, Sunderland and Arsenal I wasn't aware of?

oldtype
How do we even score with our current tactics against that? Oh well, top 5, it's been nice knowing you.
The Prophet
Such a frustrating game. Blackburn are horrible bastards and the ref is blowing every time there is contact. We've dominated without looking threatening, need more urgency second half.
Guest BooBoo
Sounds like its been a lifeless performance so far. BBC reckons Blackburn first to every first, second and third ball. We need a rocket up the players arse and try and get an equaliser before the hour mark. After that, the game will degenerate into shite with chronic time wasting and even deeper defending. Sounds like a plan. We're playing into their hands by drifting in and chipping it central. Need to get round the back and get their defence turned. The ref is liable to send somebody off for nowt n all and since Tiote is in the book would make sense.
The Prophet
Also Shola has been truly awful.
HawK
Need Barton in the middle I think, and some proper width to give us space down the right and left, we're too compact atm. Routledge has to come on at some point to open this up.
Guest sicko2ndbest
I would refer to 451 Ameobi off rout on Might sound negative but we need to keep the ball in the attacking third
Skeletor
Just what was Tiote doing FFS. So frustrating that we handed this shower of shit such an easy goal so they can park the bus.
The Bonk
I think we'll get two in the 2nd and see these cunts off. I hope we do it late just to fuck fat sam right off.

TaylorJ_01
Wouldn't bring off Tiote yet. He may have made a mistake but you're forgetting how important he is. Lovenkrands, no. Guthrie, no. Ranger, maybe on for Shola to create some movement and hold it up a bit. Routledge would open things up as well. R.Taylor in the last 10 minutes if things stay the same. Dinho lad
Guthrie and Lovenkrands would be the best bet against the tactics used against us, but only one is on the bench. fuck off.
Guest sicko2ndbest
Blackburn have got it bang on! They are pressing the ball very quickly doing to us what we did to arsenal
Guest firetotheworks
Blackburn seem to be first to all the hit and hopes too.
