wormy
We all say that we wish Roeder would've signed him back when he went to Pompey. Guarantee he would've just turned into an old useless knacker then instead of now.
Guest ObiChrisKenobi
Its the Toon way! We could sign Superman and he'd get injured, only for us to later discover the turf is lined with Kryptonite fibres.
wormy
Ashley would probably put them there to fuck him over. When he gets injured the Sky cameras would pan to him and Llambiarse laughing their titties off.
Guest ObiChrisKenobi
There is something Lex Luther and stupid henchman about Ashley and Llambiarse like.

Disco
Hoy him upfront. Not him but always thought Taylor wouldnt be bad up front for some reason. Gets him away from the defence which is a good thing.

Gets him away from the defence which is a good thing. This is true. Also means we aren't basically started each match 1 or 2 nil down.

Guest McLøvenkrands
NEWCASTLE United are willing to listen to offers for defender Sol Campbell just five months after he joined the club, it was claimed today. National newspapers today reported that the former Arsenal and England centre-back has become unsettled at St James's Park after the shock sacking of former boss Chris Hughton. It has been reported that new manager Alan Pardew will not stand in his way if he wants to leave and would prefer to recruit a younger replacement. http://www.jarrowandhebburngazette.com/latest-sport/Campbell-to-leave-United.6676838.jp
Guest Recoba
I grew up in Whitley Bay, in the year below Taylor at school, and he was a striker. Stood out as a kid cos he was massive, like a man amongst boys.

Wouldn't argue with it tbh, as long as we actually got cover in. Doesn't appear that he's having an effect in the dressing room as an 'old head' so feels a bit pointless having him if we can get a younger, fitter centre defender in to replace him. Dave
Not that arsed considering Williamson has acquitted himself well in this league and Taylor is stopping. He's fourth choice; if he doesn't like it then tough tits.

Foluwashola
Aye, he can go. Didn't particularly want him in the first place and he's currently just a waste of wages. quayside
I heard a whisper that he's been behaving like a right bitch since CH left. It sounds like a full on sulk - missing training, turning up late etc. and in general being far from the "model pro".

It sounds like a full on sulk - missing training, turning up late etc. and in general being far from the "model pro". He turned up late when CH was in charge the c***. That was a reason Ashley used to sack him, taht CH didn't have respect from his players. So Sol can f*** off imo.
