Gallowgate Toon
I will put it out there. We haven't bottled, the formation hasn't instantly made us s*** and the players are bothered. We are just away to a very good side, who are in form and they are playing better than us. *Tin hat* Their last result was a 0-0 to Wolves, they're hardly dynamite. It's just a bit daft we don't go 4-3-3 here when it's when we've looked our best this season, they're getting the better of our middle 2 easily. I don't think they're a team to be that scared of and believe we have the better players. Oh right, so in one of their games they drew 0-0 with Wolves. Maybe they should be beating us 8-0 (that's for you Niel) as we lost 4-0 to Wolves. Well you said they're in form, I would class having that many draws as being 'really in form'. They're a good team but not one to be hugely scared of, we should have gone 4-3-3.

madras
They're a good team and we knew it wasn't in our own hands, it does have an effect, think keegans team v spurs on the last day.

Not in form though... 3 draws in 4 isn't great form and neither's 4 in 8, would you be scared of that going into a match? Even if they were in great form, would you have not gone to, say, Wigan playng 4-3-3? After all they were doing better than Everton are now. Point still stands, it was a bad management choice, which is being proven in this half.
Cajun
Well it is pretty good form tbh, better than 13 teams in the league in fact.
Gallowgate Toon
Well it is pretty good form tbh, better than 13 teams in the league in fact. It's not bad like but they'd only won 1 in 4 before this, I would suggest that's not really being in form. Certainly nothing to be scared of.
Parky
Got it wrong first half. Cisse is practically standing on Ba's feet they're so close together.
Kanj
I said 7th in pre-season and thought I was crazy for thinking it. Any better and I was chuffed. We have Europa, 5th place - higher than Chelsea and Liverpool and a season of brilliant memories. Proud, happy, and now sad that I've got to wait a long time for it to kick start again. toontownman
He definitely needs to address our lack of resilience when going behind like. Been the same story all season. That, and our ability to not show up in the first half and put ourselves in impossible positions. Have to get going earlier like we saw today in the second half. Gallowgate Toon
Hopefully today showed him that we've got more potential with 4-3-3 and he'll have that as our primary formation to build with over the summer. Great season from him, absolutely brilliant work to get some of the performances he has out of certain players.
Mick
4-4-2 doesn't suit us, I hope he learns that over the Summer.
ATB
He is a lovely man. But he continues with this weird and bad decisions. Hopefully a summer break will make him and the team stronger. Much like City got when they this year go the title.
Ketsbaia
It'd be nice to only lose 1-0 sometimes, rather than self-destruct. They need to determine why that happens.

That and it´s not good for the goal difference to capitalize like we do. It could have cost us a CL-place if we wouldn´t have done that today... Dr Venkman
First of all, fantastic season . 4-4-2 was shite today though, swapping Jonas and Ben Arfa was never gonna rescue it. Not gonna waste a post frantically trying to play devil's advocate like so many others in an attempt to appear 'balanced'. He got it wrong today, Everton were good, but we shouldn't have been playing like that and it was obvious after 30 mins.

"I'm proud to be taking the fans back into Europe. They've always represented this country in a brilliant fashion." "We've still made a huge leap this season and next year I hope we're still in the same field in terms of expectation." #classy

Dave
Only the league champions were able to do the double over us. In games we lost: Conceded 1: 0 Conceded 2: 2 Conceded 3: 5 Conceded 4: 2 Conceded 5: 2 Capitulationtastic.

Jayson
Just a moment of self praise here, but i understood Pards work before Norwich: FWIW based on how his systems worked so far, we should be looking to win 7 of our next 10 games. Thats if Ba's form continues & we dont concede any silly goals due to pens or whatever else. The everton game at the end of the season could be a big game for us. Well, Cisse replaced Ba's form. Outside of that, im a genius
