Yorkie
Burnley accept 7m offer for Jay Rodriguez from Soton. Big money tbh. That's a punt and a half.
jdckelly
Burnley accept 7m offer for Jay Rodriguez from Soton. Big money tbh. insane cash for someone who has no top flight experience and while his champ record is good its hardly outstanding

ponsaelius
A explicit example of why it's largely not worth signing English players. Thing is - Rodriguez is the kind of player I would have liked to take a punt on as a 3rd choice striker with room to step up and develop. But £7 million?! Fucking hell, it's just daft man. Doctor Zaius
Chamakh has been a car crash signing like. Whats strange is that he was always going to be. Ridiculously average.
taxfree
Whispers in the dark that Montpellier have accepted £8.5mil + Chamakh for Giroud. The darkness of Twitter. Which of course equals bollocks. Would be a hell of a deal for Arsenal, mind.

Ryan
Really hope Ibra doesn't go to City although I'm sure I read in his autobiography he said he wasn't interested in playing in England because he dislikes the English press.
