He's the first Arsenal midfielder that needs replacing. He sits in front of the back 4 but offers little defensive cover. His passing is solid but they can do so much better. Arteta did a great job of initialising all their play from the back, something we could certainly do with in our poxy team. Petit - Edu - Silva - Flamini -Song - Fabregas - Vieira. His positional sense is far better than Song mind. He knows his role and sticks to it. The duo of Arteta and Diaby was looking really good at the start of the season, but Diaby is the ultimate glass man, and got injure yet again.
