I agree with that too but again i don't believe Fellaini is suited to that role and with 22m you can definitely can get someone more suited to the role Fellaini would have to fulfil in this team. The best thing about Wenger is he makes players' look better than they are. Arteta is a prime example. They should break the bank to get Fabregas back.
