There is a general consensus developing (1) that Joe Lewis has given us a loan to spend that is not affected by Bale (2) that Bale is probably going anyway (3) that if Bale goes we will try for Lamela. And presumably one or two others. It's all f***ing nuts. ....what's it like? The hope, I mean. Well we had that anyway. This is all surreal. We were proud of having done so well without breaking the bank, so I don't really know what to think about all this. We definitely need to upgrade our creative midfielders if Bale is gone, but I'd have been fairly happy with Townsend and Chadli (plus Lennon, Holtby, Siggy etc). Willian and Lamela - plus all the others - would be bonkers. Yeah, well... ... The Browns are s***. Not any more. Bills asked you to help out at QB yet? He's a cracking winger when used right.... when Madrid won the league a couple of seasons back he got between 20 and 30 assists and for Argentina he's always fantastic.
