Manchester City defender Jerome Boateng says he has agreed a four-year contract with German giants Bayern Munich and has urged the two clubs to reach a deal.

"It is true that I have agreed with Bayern on a four-year deal. Now it is up to Manchester to make it work. At the moment they are making things a bit difficult," Boateng told Kicker Magazine.

He should really have thought more carefully before signing that mind-bending mega contract with Man City in the first place then. The cheek of the lad.

According to reports Manchester City are prepared to sell defender Nedum Onuoha.

The decision comes in spite of the defender insisting he wants to stay and fight for a first-team place.

The People claims the 24-year-old has told friends he wants to prove his worth to City boss Roberto Mancini.

However, Manchester sources say City still plan to find a buyer for Onuoha after his loan spell ended at Sunderland last season.

A product of City’s Academy, Onuoha made his debut at 17 but injuries have hampered his progress.

Spells the end for Benzema then doesn't it?

Says this on Higuain's Wikipedia page: "On 14 June 2011 Liverpool FC confirmed that a bid of €18 million had been agreed between the clubs allowing Higuain to discuss personal terms with the club."

Wikipedia.

Is Sanchez the real deal then? Not seen him play but the fees being reported for him seem like he should be a player to take notice of.

I think that's the end of Kaka rather than Benzema.  Neymar will play as a left winger, which means Ozil will play at Centre and Kaka further down in the pecking order.

Sanchez is simply sensational. Probably another Cristiano Ronaldo without the aerial powerness.

"Sagna on French radio: "I can confirm it's true that Cesc wants to join Barça. "He wants to return to his city, his family. ""

"Sagna on French radio:"He wants to play in one of the best teams in the world, Barcelona, and that's quite understandable""
