Taylor Swift
Haris should get a job as a journalist. What a massive exaggeration. Apologies if you got your info from another article but that article says nothing about it not happening.

It looks done and dusted but yeah until he's actually signed you always worry some other club will jump in at the last minute.
BoSelecta
Can't really understand why we are waiting? Surely the fee's already been agreed and he must have a general idea of the wage he is going to be on otherwise I doubt he'd have publicly said he's coming here. The window doesn't officially open until July does it? Club and player probably see no point in rushing him across the channel for what would've been a few hours between the end of the season and the French national squad getting together just to confirm a deal which we've got ages to finalise. LoveItIfWeBeatU
The "BBC Sport has learnt that Newcastle have yet to enter negotiations with the holding midfielder" story is probably just a member of the southern media desperately clutching at straws, hoping the deal doesn't happen. They are probably upset that NUFC might have signed a good player and they don't like that. By media law, all good players must be signed by Man U, Man City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool or Tottenham. If negotiations hadn't started why would Cabaye's current manager name Newcastle as the club Cabaye is going to?
