Tooj Posted July 2, 2012 Share Posted July 2, 2012 It's becoming quite tiresome reading about Ba being "shunted" out wide to accommodate Cisse, it's almost as if they never once interchanged position during games, or even at times when Cisse scored early on Ba never had the opportunity to play as a central striker for the rest of the game. Would be hilarious if they came in and said: "Right, so we've heard about this clause in Ba's contract. Here's the 7 million required to get him in", only for us to turn around and reply: "the clause only applies to the top clubs. Although a combination of a very average squad and a highly unproven manager means they're not the attractive move they once were. I can see Rogers bringing in a lot of mediocrity this summer.
