Hanshithispantz
I imagine Kinnear and Mike are something like this when they attempt to pick the phone up to do business (casual racism included):
Ryan
I bet Ba's agent's are those type of c***s to use 0800 reverse to conduct their business. Scum, sub-human scum.
Stifler
Kind of a pisstake how Chelsea can spend that much money on him only to have him for 6 months and then not have him anywhere near the team anymore and wanting rid despite everyone knowing it would happen before the transfer happened. The guy cost us more goals than he scored in his final months here thanks to a combination of forcing Cisse out of position and deciding to shoot instead of playing the pass to Cisse or someone else who were in far better positions. I know he's a quality player but for those reasons I'm not sure I want him back, all he's going to do is the same in order to try and put himself in the shop window once again. We need goals and he'll get them. I'd have Ba in the team over Cisse every day of the week, he'd certainly have a much better return.

Not really, Jose is the special one, he needs special players and don't see Ba as a special one. Nobody thinks that he woulda bought him himself... Zero
To be fair to Jose, Lukaku is a better player than Ba, while Torres are Roman's child and cannot be dropped.

olliemort
£3millions a joke for a loan for above average striker who doesn't fit into our hoofball system. Gomis would be much more suited I think
Guest icemanblue
£3m is a bit much for a player we sold for £7.5m, when we'll only have him for a season. But, yes, shocking from the club, should have offered £5m, everyone is a cunt.
Skirge
I think its just a meet in the middle £2m loan same as Remy, feel we may even do this if we get Gomis, deadline day Cisse sale with Cabaye staying.

Jack Flash
We simply cannot afford that. We're not Man City ffs.
Super Duper Branko Strupar
In fairness, £3m is fucking ludicrous. That's going to be the bulk of his wage. They signed the kernt, they can pay what they have legally agreed with him or he can sit and do nowt. Fucking hate Chelsea, like.
Guest neesy111
For short term fixes loans are fine, but it's just passing the problem of a lack of forwards etc to the future.

'Kicking the can down the road' is not a problem for Ashley, I would think. He'd rather do that and give himself a couple more windows to get some unknown on the cheap. Or he can kick it further down the road with new loan signings next summer.
merlin
Anyone else concerned that our forward line may be composed of loan signings? It seems to me that quite a few people couldn't care less if the whole side was composed of loan signings - such has been the success of Ashley/Kinnear/Pardew in lowering expectations. Convinced that if Pardew came out and said we belong in League 1, around 30% of the fans would accept it. Its really going to take something special to pull this club out of its long slow dive to total mediocrity.....we are potentially the new Sheffield Weds. Guest reefatoon
Anyone else concerned that our forward line may be composed of loan signings? Will be more of a concern next summer when we have to hand them back, and we will be back to square 1 with no strikers. A case of rinse and repeat for next year.
