I really like watching Spurs now. I think they'll ease to 3rd place this season.

Redknapp's built a really good team down there.

 

I'd say it's quite a dilemma for him now, as he's obviously favourite for the England job, but would you really want it if you're in his position? The players don't really care about playing for England, the pressure from the press is like no other. Whereas he could really build a legacy for himself at Spurs.

 

If it were me, I'd stick rather than twist.

There's something about being England manager, though. It adds a bit of prestige.

 

He's completely transformed Spurs but won't win anything big with them.

 

I agree with you on that regard, I just don't think the England job has that aura about it that it once did.

 

Then again, he might think he'd be the man to change that.

 

Either way, it's a big dilemma.
