LoveItIfWeBeatU Posted March 22, 2013 Share Posted March 22, 2013 what p*ssed me off with his clearance that hurt him was that loads of people said how good it was, so skillfull etc.....what he actually done was played the ball blindly to the edge of our box which they picked up,in a lot more dangerous position than just putting it out for a throw or just trying to wellie it up the line. True. He had no need to carry the ball to where he did. He could have just booted it clear but he tried to be clever and ended up injuring himself. If Colo wants to leave in the Summer NUFC should make him buy his way out of the contract. He's been getting paid a reported £50K a week during his time with NUFC so that's £2.6m a year (before tax) he's been getting. Let's see how much you really want to leave Colo. The club he is desperate to leave for sound like they don't have a pot to piss in. If he left on a Webster we would probably be looking at a couple of million. - Edit: might be thinking of the wrong ruling We need to push them for decent prospects, first options etc.. Would be a big boost as if Debuchy is out for any length of time then we can switch Mapou to right-back (would need to do that in the Europa anyway). However Taylor plying every game will only end up going one way, injuries. So I suppose there is room and reason for a bit of rotation. Probably see all 3 against Benfica. Imo he hasn't been much of a captain since the whole San Larenzo thing came out. Seems like we had to beg him to stay, he left the fans in the lurch then finally made a statement which was along the lines of "Okay I will stay until the summer!", apologised to the poor clubs fans who tried to tap him up and as soon as he had the chance he fucked off back to Argentina to support that team whilst his team were trying to progress in Europe and fight to stay in the league.
