sparkzter
No doubt about it, Colo looks shot. Shadow of himself.
Tiresias
Few dodgy games trying to cover for awful performances by his teammates and he's shot? Really?
Guest sicko2ndbest
Ah right, you're on a pointless wind up after a defeat... I'll just leave you to it. Not the only one pal Stick to moaning about the less popular like Pardew, Cheick etc Don't be afraid to go against the masses, you have your own mind
Skeletor
He was never quick but he looks painfully slow now. Looks de-motivated to me as well.
Guest palnese
Looks so frustrated. Just waiting for him to headbutt someone, or put in a nasty two-footed challenge.
Away Toon
Coloccini was never as bad as it was made out or as good. Because he's composed on the ball and looks like an actual footballer compared with a lot of CH's doesn't make him a particularly good defender. His rate of decline this season is rapid, what little pace he had is gone and his positioning not good enough to compensate for it. Playing with tits like Williamson, Santon (positionally as bad a defender as you can find) and Simpson and with an absolute liability like Tiote in front of him doesn't help. AyeDubbleYoo
He was generally already tonight but the defending for the Anichebe goal was absolutely terrible.
Pilko
Bet you he gets a retrospective ban for that corner-shoving stuff.
The College Dropout
Needed to do one thing. Stop Jelavic getting into the box, didn't do it.
The College Dropout
Been terrible recently.
Ghandis Flip-Flop
Hope there's no truth to this, but it does look like his heart isn't in it recently http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2892/transfer-zone/2013/01/03/3646268/-?
Dokko
Hope there's no truth to this, but it does look like his heart isn't in it recently http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2892/transfer-zone/2013/01/03/3646268/-? He's certainly distracted. But unless they offer some decent cash he's going nowhere. If it means that much to him he can always buy himself out of his contract, god knows he's go enough money to do it.
durhamunigeordie
Worrying, but at least he has signed a new deal recently. Wasn't it his dad who told him that he simply had to sign it as well because of how the fans felt about him? No doubt that he hasn't been himself recently though. Dave
Er, that's pretty concerning.
David Icke - Son of God
Maybe Pardew really has been rodding his missus
basjen
Hmm, don't like this. He has ceirtainly not been at his best lately, arguing with Pardew.. Buuh
ponsaelius
Tim Vickery mentioned this on World Football phone in a couple of weeks ago. Didn't really give it much thought, but those are solid quotes.
Gallowgate Toon
Those quotes really don't read well. I'm sure Colo is slightly more ambitious than returning at a relatively young age though, and doesn't he have a charity project that he needs to fund? Dokko
Btw I heard similar this time last year about him wanting to go home (did mention something in this thread) but thought it was all sorted when he signed his new contract.
David Icke - Son of God
http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/north-east-news/evening-chronicle-news/2012/10/18/fabricio-coloccini-s-grand-designs-on-jesmond-house-72703-32056251/ Must be a pretty bad falling put considering what he's bought/building. David Icke - Son of God
The quotes that Goal.com story is derived from: "The arrival of Fabricio complicated, but there is always a glimmer of hope. The most difficult issue is that Newcastle let him out because he sold a major striker, he is captain and above, reference, idol, and in the city they want much, "said Osvaldo Coloccini, the father who also serves as coordinator of the lower divisions of the Cyclone. "It would be pleasant to spend the two in San Lorenzo, is the club we love. Fabricio is dying to get back, but is trying to make a graceful exit," said Osvaldo. Regarding a possible solution to leave Newcastle to play in San Lorenzo Coloccini, the father said: "The contract of Fabricio is high for them and they should let him go there to save money." toontownman
Colo is going nowhere. This apparent rift between the French speakers and Spanish/Italian speakers needs fixing though.
Skeletor
Can't see San Lorenzo putting up a decent bid so I won't worry about that. However if he's unhappy we need to fix that some how.
Fenham Mag
Gutierrez hadn't been happy either this season, there is something not right and I hate saying shit like that. Both have also been way below par too.
