It's never going to happen, but he needs the biggest clear out from Charnley to the alleged coaching staff and replacing with people who are not

His mates

Former tea boys who have been at the club for decades

'Boyhood fans' with a passion for the club

Mates of the ex-manager

Basically, hire people with an actual aptitude for the role they are filling.

That time has gone, he just needs to leave.

He's leaving complete cunts in charge of making the big decisions. Nothing will change. For Ashley, he could put

£1 into the club each year and announce it as 'investment'.

Nothing will change and if you bought into his pathetic, sweaty statement then youre a fucking tool.

Big words before the game. Lets hope he follows through on the talk, next few weeks will show it for sure. I hoestly hope this time next year we are all saying how much  has changed and Ashley is not the vilified character he is today.

Unfortunately, past experience says that's unlikely.

You're a 'f***cking tool' for not entertaining the significance of Mike Ashley doing a media interview with Sky Sports, regardless of what was said.

No, I realise that he's cracking under the pressure. But now a lot of fans will, along with the 'euphoria' of this victory, will lap up new shirts and season tickets etc. That's the problem, the pressure will go to waste.
