Barca-Real final then

Don't get too ahead, Madrid - Bayern will be a tough semi. And it's not like we walked over Milan in the group stage either.

Bayern will be up for it with the final at home but still can't look beyond Real.

As for Barca-Milan, Messi seems to turn it on against everyone in the latter stages, can't see Milan winning over two legs, they didn't in the group stage after all...

I just hate playing Milan teams that we already played against in the group stages, featuring one of our ex-strikers that didn't get along with Guardiola.  :frantic:

Bayern are gonna hammer you.

Dortmund are the best team in Germany and OM beat them twice in the group stage with an aggregate score of 6-2. No team in Germany should intimidate them. People underestimate Om because the team in rubbish.

I still think Bayern are gonna hammer you.

Dortmund are top of the league on consistency but an in-form Bayern are far more devastating and could beat any team in Europe on their day.

Good balanced draw, apart from APOEL v Madrid. Madrid will beat either Bayern or OM, but at least with Bayern the score would be mitigated, against OM the aggregate score could reach double figures. Marseille's physical, set-piece-based play matches up well against German sides so I fancy them to give Bayern a strong challenge. Had it been Chelsea under AVB vs Benfica, Chelsea would be out for sure, (they wouldn't even be here) but this tie should be very interesting now.

1. Dortmund were completely out of form the time they met Marsaille. They would probably beat them now.

2. Bayern couldn't "beat any team in Europe on their day". I long for the day when The One comes to the Allianz Arena for the first time this year....
