Kanj Posted July 21, 2013 Share Posted July 21, 2013 I absolutely love Cisse but perhaps a combination of Gomis & Remy would be an upgrade? Remy wide left, Gomis up top and HBA wide right? We add 2 goalscorers to our starting 11 with both probably better at the all-around and link-up play and Remy having the lightning pace and Gomis having the pure strength. Hahaha as if Pardew will allow that As long as which ever one is in the centre challenges for the long ball and which ever two are out wide are no further forward than the half way line I'm sure he won't mind. Is he trying to push JFK/MA to get them "over the line" or if we haven't made any bids is he trying to pacify us to make out something is going on? Full story: Daily Star What I've seen of Gomis and Gignac is two pretty similar centre forwards, I've never seen Gignac play as a winger and can't believe he would be effective there.
