Faffing about on google maps, decided to work this out.

Should we get to the FA Cup final this year;

Total distance travelled from Sunderland in 1973 cup run = 1015 miles

Total distance travelled from Sunderland in 2012 cup run = 958 miles

Add them up

And also this !!

If we get to the final its MON's 31st game in charge too

Wow, amazing :lol:

old hat, man.

When we were in the Waffa it was a mickey mouse competition, yet you know they'd be fingering their mams with excitement if they were in it.

They do that when they aren't :dontknow:

They do that for being in the League.

It was utterly mental when they were trying to claim Sessengnon is better than Ben Arfa, never mind McLean. :lol:

They really do try to clutch at the straws.

We are the best team in the north east, how aren't they used to that!?

If we wanted Sessengnon we could get him - we were after him a couple of years back but we didn't want him.

Sessegnon has been quality to be fair but he has too much foreign non-white flair for Sunderland. He'll be off soon enough.

His wife will NEVER change her mind on the prospect of living in Sunderland. London or back to France for him, PSG can afford a much higher calibre player now, so where to?
