Aye, it's on the official site:

Newcastle United FC and PUMA have announced an extension to their existing sponsorship agreement.

The leading sportlifestyle brand has worked with the club since the 2010/11 season and the new agreement will see PUMA continue to work closely with the club as Official Kit Supplier.

On Thursday, United's new PUMA change kit went on general sale and it will be worn for the first time by the team against Everton on the final day of the current Barclays Premier League season on Sunday, 13th May.

Stuart Middlemiss, the club's Head of Retail, said: "We're delighted to have agreed an extension to our sponsorship deal with PUMA. The brand has an excellent reputation for quality and design, and their products for Newcastle United have been extremely popular with fans over the last two seasons.

"It's a relationship we're looking forward to building on in the 2012/13 campaign and beyond."

Roger Harrison, PUMA UK Marketing Director, said: "We are very proud to announce the extension of our successful partnership with Newcastle United Football Club. Our football portfolio continues to grow from strength to strength and our relationship with the club remains a priority for the brand.

"Newcastle United fans are passionate about their club and their love of football reflects the PUMA brand's own enjoyment and passion for the game. We are looking forward to continuing our successful partnership and to supporting Newcastle United in their future successes."

Till when?

Had wondered the same. The article is oddly vague on the length of the deal, maybe Big Mike is keeping it on a rolling contract with the aim of driving the income from it higher and higher as we *hopefully* continue to progress?

Till when?

Wondered this myself. Is this an extension on top of the one that occured not long ago around the time the rumours of us getting Nike bla bla bla were going around? Or is it that one and it's only just been announced? Strange to be announcing an extension but not think to say the duration.

Might have to get the kid's one. Not sure how to make head nor tail of their kids sizes...so I'll ask the missus.

She can keep the black shorts from this years home kit.

You should treat your wife more than that mate
