The players want COACHES to be friendly and pally in training. But that apparent quality he has, means he can never be a manager. It's a side that means he can never be ruthless or show authority IMO. Leaving the players questioning why this chump was picking up cones and making jokes 6 months ago, and now he's calling them out and telling them to stand up and be counted.
