Deuce
At one point he was over rated here. DUTCH INTERNATIONAL. PASSINF STYLE. TECHNICAL. PARDEWED. Keep it honest. He were shit. Good luck to him though. "He were shit." :anguish: He wasn't either.
xLiaaamx
Quite often had shocking first touch and general control in possession for a technical player. All sideways and backwards, boring to watch, ineffective midfielder. Okay fullback, but his legs look to be going a bit and he gets caught out against pace. Foluwashola
The 'neat and tidy' shite was a myth at premier league level tbf. Always gave 100% and for that reason will never think badly of him. Good luck dwarf.
triggs
It's easy to look neat and tidy when all you do is pass the ball 5 yards backwards or sideways tbf

Agree with everything there. Played well in a few games, but not enough. The two things I'll remember about him - His goal in the Europa League and his big fat ass. Ronaldo
The two things I'll remember about him - His goal in the Europa League and his big fat ass. Well that's just weird, to be fair. I'll remember his hilarious performances on the right wing against Fulham last August.
Pilko
Shout for his performance when we stayed up against West Ham, and that class goal against Man City.

Guest
Cracking signing for Leeds. I wish him the best of luck and hope he gets the football he deserves. Top bloke. At one point he was over rated here. DUTCH INTERNATIONAL. PASSINF STYLE. TECHNICAL. PARDEWED. Keep it honest. He were s***. Good luck to him though. ... how nobody has turned your internet off yet, I'll never know. I was hoping you'd have buggered off while I was away.

The College Dropout
Yes he was crap. As a central midfielder for 3 years in the Prem - maybe 5 GOOD performances. Danny Guthrie managed as many in one season. Just so often did not do enough. Rank our midfielders over the last 15 years. He's in the bottom half dozen to have played somewhat regularly. No order: Faye Butt Smith Colback He's right there.
xLiaaamx
I liked that time he started in midfield and Perch at right back at Everton away, and he was so ineffective they had to swap round. And that's the reality. Perch wasn't as "technical", but he was a better player. as was Guthrie before him.
Ronaldo
Perch was a better player? Alan Smith was roughly the same level? I don't think much of Anita as a midfielder but the above is nonsense, like.

Is it hell. Perch was better for us. Anita's football was prettier but it wasn't effective.
Astroblack
I don't class him as a technical player. Think he was more of the run around and tackle type. Cabaye was technical, Shelvey is technical. Colback is meant to be the technical type.

ilikenewcastle
I can remember Perch having a brief spell where he was an effective part of the team. Can't say the same for Anita (certainly in the PL).

Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought he made only a dozen or so sporadic starts that season.
