Incognito
Strange how Sky have replayed Torres' first yellow over and over saying it was a straight red. It was the exact same challenge that Larsson assaulted Shola with last week, when they didn't even comment on it, let alone replay it 5 times. Neil
No doubt the media will paint Liverpool as unlucky, forgetting the fact their first goal was a lucky deflection and their second was from a free kick that should never have been. The referee - and indeed the commentators - were very biased today. There was one moment where we took a quick free kick and Naismith was through, ref blows his whistle and brings it back. Liverpool then a few minutes later are allowed to take an even quicker free kick at the other end. Fucking hate playing those cheating, self-righteous wankers. Just another example of the disgracefully bad and biased media coverage we have in this country. Happens in Sunderland v Newcastle, it's barely even mentioned. Happens in a game between 2 of their darlings and it's magnified and analysed 10 times.

Disco
Sid Lowe @sidlowe Good on David Moyes. On the dive: "I thought it was great....it is the sort of thing I'd have done if I'd scored." Well played Moyes.
Dinho lad
James Richardson (to Mikael Silvestre, in ESPN studio) " One of the best games I've seen in Serie A was between Roma and Inter, when you played (for Inter), and Roma scored 4 goals.... but still lost! 5-4. Do you remember it?" Silvestre "No."

Aphrodite
The thing is everything a referee says during a match is recorded and can be re-listened to, would be very surprised if it was true. Chelsea tried a similar allegation against Graham Poll two years ago and had to withdraw it for that reason.
