QPR can afford it. They're the club version of most young players now. More money than sense without it ever causing a problem for them.

Club income can in no way cover ther oy goings, going to end in an epic fail at some point.

Epic loopholes more like. We all know FFP wont do a thing.

Yeah I'm sure QPR will find a loophole to artificially increase their income by 300% in order to meet the financial fair play regulations...

Financial Fair Play regulations won't force clubs to work 100% within their means, but the idea it will have no effect is rubbish.

They'll find ways to do it. Look at Liverpool's ludicrous shirt deals. It might make it harder, but they'll have had their thinking caps on a long time ago.

We should match their offer, get him back up here to sign, then tell him to do one. Stone cold stunner the fucker through the table

Why do all of your solutions end up with someone getting stunned through a table

No problems with the club over this, I hope that between now and tomorrow morning - he has a moment of clarity given he spoke to his mates who play for us and chooses his career over a few months pay packet.

Agents are fucking shit, any human being with a right mind who advises this kid should be telling him about how he should be looking at his career. Its not like he's getting these type of wages to sit the bench at Chelsea or Man City. He's getting these wages at Quite Possibly Relegated.

Again, I honestly hope he has the sense to listen to his mates on this one.

To be fair, his signing may well keep QPR in the PL, he will start games, score goals and get an extra £20k a week, also playing for a club who will win fuck all. This is football, and it sucks.

f*** Remy he's s*** anyway. 12 games this season in all comps and only 2 goals.

Worst part is though that this prob means we won't be getting anybody else in.

You can only do so much padding financially.  They'll find ways to artificially increase their revenue yes, but they won't find a way to allow them to spend whatever they want, there will be limits, just not as many as are planned by Uefa.

You mention shirt deals but even if they artificially trebled their shirt deals (even worse then Liverpool) it wouldn't give them the kind of finances needed to pay players £80k per week.

I'm hearing Willie McKaye has his hands all over this deal. Give him til midnight to sign or withdraw the offer. Leave QPR with the problem of being the only Club in the running paying massively over the odds.
