Chicane
Selling him would be a big mistake imo.
thenige
I like Sissoko sometimes. He also annoys me sometimes. I would not cry for Sissoko at all. Ultimately if it means one of Aarons or Perez playing one side, and Thauvin on the other. So be it. Yeah pretty much this. Can't see that happening if he did go mind. Yorkie
Wouldn't even entertain the idea of selling Sissoko, man. So vitally important to us.
TRon
That would be a shit price to sell him for Which is why he probably won't be sold. He's been a relative success in English football, unless Ashley's gone soft in the head, I can't see any reason we would let him go cheaply.
Super Duper Branko Strupar
He's been our biggest attacking threat for a while now. Would be criminal to sell him. Think this season could be his best for us.
Merseyside Mag
Sissoko is a weird one. It's very much a love/hate relationship, mainly down to his consistency. It'll be like breaking up with your missus, telling all the lads she was t***, and she done your head in anyway, gonna' move on to better girls, but when on a night out, with zero luck (sort of like getting beat 1-0 away to Norwich), texting her to come round yours at 4am, hoping she would come back. taxfree
After the comments from McClaren I'd be really suprised to see him leave. Then again, knowing Newcastle, who knows. Would be criminal like. In the end, we'll always sell our players if the money is right. Don't think anyone will pay what we value Sissoko at for now.
Geordie Ahmed
Would be typical, we "need" to balance the books I'm a big fan of Sissoko, think he will thrive with the players we have and the non-moronic coaching setup we have now. If he was sold we would miss his drive

I'd like to see him play centrally, either in an advanced position or slightly deeper BUT even on the right he is a threat and drives us forward
sempuki
http://www.themag.co.uk/2015/08/moussa-sissoko-diagnosed-with-grade-one-strain/ Looks out.
xLiaaamx
He's determined to play? Nah man can't be right. People on here tell me he has a heart the size of a pea

thenige
Especially as he's our best player by a mile and also he's clearly not brainless. Must be a bit thick else he'd never have signed for us in the first place.

KaKa
Sissoko is cool man. Just jesting. He is extremely frustrating at times though, but it's because I expect so much more of him. He'll look a lot better once others start raising their games, and taking some of the weight of responsibility off of his shoulders. We really do need to get Cisse out though. He makes so much of what we try to do look worse.
Kanj
I think Cisse will look good in a team that's functioning far better than we are now.
LFEE
http://www.themag.co.uk/2015/08/moussa-sissoko-diagnosed-with-grade-one-strain/ Looks out. Just had a grade 2 myself. No way he can play this weekend.
KaKa
I think Cisse will look good in a team that's functioning far better than we are now. I actually agree. We are not good enough to have him playing upfront for us. At the same time he isn't good enough for the way our team functions either. We don't pass the ball well enough to only really have him involved in and around the box, and so need him to get it a bit further away from there and help link our play. He is bastardly bad at it though. Just rotten. it definitely wasn't that way when he first joined either, but I think that was down to Ben Arfa carrying the ball further up the pitch so often, and then we would play through Ba on the left as well, who linked play better. Kanj
Cisse would kill it as CF in a strictly passing team play style where he just needs to be on end of chances to bury them first time.
Mole_Toonfan
We had Ba, Ben Arfa and Cabaye all around him when he joined, worked wonderfully as well but of course Pardew the fucking precious dickhead thought nah let's change all that and never score goals again.
