Flip
£35m would be fantastic piece of business for Sissoko. Although if we got a bid at £30m and it was 11.59PM on August 31st (guessing the window closes minute after that?) I'd take it.
KaKa
Man Utd now rumoured to be interested due to issues agreeing a fee for Pogba. Definitely a Mourinho player. Similar to that Brazilian he had at Chelsea Ramires. There's only one way in which Sissoko is similar to Ramires. Athletic run all day midfielders with little end product. TRon
£35m is the asking price, we'd probably sell at around £25m. It's good money no doubt, but replacing might not be so straightforward. Wide players with pace who can defend as well are usually very expensive or shit.
Ash
http://www.le10sport.com/football/mercato/exclu-mercato-la-juventus-et-manchester-united-pensent-a-sissoko-250127 Behind the bitterness of this cruel defeat in the final of Euro 2016 hides a small candy named Moussa Sissoko. Author of a dazzling performance, the French midfielder has fully met and this will eventually missed a bit of success to be the hero awaited the final. Now place the transfer window as Newcastle player will not stay at the club, relegated from the Premier League. Reportedly, two European heavyweights are on his trail. It is first Juventus that would have a boost on Moussa Sissoko. According to our sources, the Italian team has checked the name of the French in the prospect of starting Paul Pogba, whose transfer becomes increasingly mentioned in this summer transfer window. The pressing of Manchester United, and José Mourinho, intensifies towards Pogba . The discussions with his agent, Mino Raiola, are ongoing. And if Manchester United fail in the return of Paul Pogba to Old Trafford, the Red Devils have a plan B ... named Moussa Sissoko! For its part, Newcastle will launch discussions that from 20 million euros. Underneath, the British leaders will not give away.

Flip
Juve should sell Pogba for £100m and buy Sissoko for £35m. Or Man U should just buy Sissoko for £35m. Either way, get us those £35m please. (no way Sissoko stays here after that performance, just can't imagine it)
Anon
Not sure why £35m is being baulked at for a French International having proven his talent in the Euros when Carroll went for the same price with a handful of good games.
bowlingcrofty
Just need to get rid. Get £35m asap from the first mug to offer it and give it to the Rafatron to sign some new legends.
Ketsbaia
If we can compromise at £25m or so that'd be superb
Mole_Toonfan
I'll be surprised if the club holds their ground with this tbh, i mean i'd love it if they did it's just since Carroll they haven't really done so.

There is one significant difference from back then, and he'll have a big say on whether we sell or don't.
Mole_Toonfan
There's no real evidence that's the case yet tbh, until they prove it i really don't believe it.

Dr.Spaceman
Ibe's as good as Sissoko TBH, and English. Would be a weird deal. Ibe is not as good as Sissoko man Ibe will contribute more than Sissoko. He's a good player with a far superior work rate. Moussa will be playing at 50% if he stays and will not be as good as Ibe was when he was at Derby. I'd agree with that to an extent but doesn't mean he's as good as him. Honestly don't know what people expect from Sissoko in terms of work rate though. He played right wing most of the season and the opposition left back rarely did anything, good work rate also when put left back and in midfield towards the end of the season
Figures 1-0 Football
I still don't see how anyone can say Sissoko is any good. A lot of running around and zero end product. 1 goal in 3,605 minutes of football this season across 49 matches (international and club). For an attacking player. He has 12 goals and 18 assists for Newcastle in 124 matches.
