STOKE LATEST

Here it is... the Potters allow Rory Delap to join Championship club Barnsley on loan until the end of the season.

There goes their gameplan..

Probably just means they've got another cunt trained up for the role. Didn't Shotton get groomed by Pulis for it?

If you talk to Stoke fans they say they don't do the long throw thing anymore, the change in rules regarding pitch size has probably hurt them a lot in regard to this. as well as the fact that delap has gotten progressively worse as a footballer and can't get into their team right now.

Villa confirmed the signing of Yacouba Sylla. Who the hell is he ? Is he any good, likely to keep them up ?

League 2 player, doubt it.

Good don't need them getting any better right now.

Apparently Anzhi Mackalackalahchala have bid 34mil for Shakhtar's Willian.

Wonder if he can play against us in the Europa league, if both teams get through. I know he's played CL for the Shakhtar this season, not sure of the ruling regarding cup tied or not.

For all those saying Beckham is finished at top level btw, he isn't. He might not have the legs like 10 years ago anymore but, he's never had great legs anyway.

He's got that right foot still, though.

He was still one of the best players in MLS last season (scoff all you like, but there is indeed quality in MLS). And he does indeed still have that right foot. I'd wager he's still one of the world's best strikers of the dead ball.

He'll be fine in a complementary role at PSG, a team that will comfortably win Ligue 1 anyway.

I beg to differ. They are, and always have been, divine.
