Our last 48 league games:

Win percentage - 29.17%

Draw percentage - 18.75%

Loss percentage - 52.08%

Points per game - 1.06

Goals for per game - 1.15

Goals against per game - 1.83

That's fucking dire.  I hope he'll wake up soon and realise he's inviting pressure onto us with his negative tactics, not tightening us up as he intends.  Some positive tactical points this season at least and he's looked to go a bit more offensive, we can only hope the Everton game was a bit of a brain fart and he goes back to the Villa formation and lineup and sticks with it.

edit:  Just had a look at our stats so far this season and the goals per game and goals against per game are 1.16 and 1.83 respectively.  No change basically.

The media tide has definitely turned against him now, which usually means it's only a matter of time.

On the down side, reading that Mirror article, Simon Bird seems utterly convinced that it'll be JFK taking over. Can already see what will happen, he'll be put in "temporary charge" while they pretend to look for a proper manager....

Feel like this guy right now...a lot of us saw this coming. Whilst I'll not embrace Kinnear coming in any way; it'll be one step closer to seeing him and the dark lord of the shit on their merry way. We have to be nearing the apex of their tyranny by now.

Yet people some how still think he'll come good.

I honestly don't get how anyone thinks he will come good, we have gone so far backwards compared to under Hughton it's unreal. Yes we achieved 5th but that looks more like a combination of having Ba on fire, Cisse on fire, luck and being rather more organised than we now appear. Hughton built some solid foundations, he was probably not the man to take us higher, but did have us beating the scum 5-1 and few other decent results. Just needed someone to come in and build on those foundations but this fucktard likes the sound of his own voice to much and thinks he's doing just fine.

He will relegate us if we give him to many chances, he just doesn't know how to organise us and attack teams. Instead the tactical retard concentrates on stopping the opposition, and magical players like Frazer Campbell and god knows who the other Cardiff players are. Then he will come out and say we didn't follow his plan or some shit, when the fact is his plan was fucking terrible to start will and shackles our players. He made 6 switch arounds for last game, let's see what masterclass he has in store for promoted Cardiff.

Seeing those stats does make his tenure pretty indefensible like - 48 games is a lot more than a blip, and the fact he's achieving such shocking results with what I think is an excellent set of players just makes it so much worse.

Fingers crossed it's his last game tomorrow. I'd take the loss to get rid of him. It's been an unbearable 12 months watching us.

Nah. I want him out but no way on God's Earth would I ever want a defeat to achieve it. Who's to say for instance even if we lose that he'll be shown the door?

If it means there'll be some sort of change, I'm at that point now. Hasn't happend since Souness. But for the good of the club, IF it means he'll go, I'd take it.

I'd take it.

I'd take the one loss over the multitude of others in its place.

Although we weren't in the situation to wish such things.

Well he did say he would take the loss if it meant he went.

So he did. Still wouldn't want a defeat under any circumstances, unless say we were safe and a defeat would send the Mackems down.

Why do we think he's getting sacked anytime soon? What has changed this season?

As far as I can see, it's been business as usual since he wasn't sacked at the end of last season.

Also, why do we think JFK would do a better job?

Please don't take this to mean I don't want Pardew to choke on his lying tongue.* But I can't see why he's suddenly under more pressure, or why his replacement by JFK is the promise of anything other than more gross mismanagement...?

* That's a metaphor. I don't cheer for Pardew's physical demise...

Trying to think in Ashley's mind here, he brought in 4-5 decent to very good players in January and one on loan and results aren't significantly better. There's no doubt in my mind that Pardew is in danger because Ashley won't want to have to spend another £20m in the window if maybe Gomis and a new manager would do it.

Ashley is businessman, if he thinks Pardew is going to fail again this season and cost him money and from the start we've made it's actually looking like a possibility, he will sack him. However he's not going to make a knee jerk reaction so early in the season when he's been our manager for 3 years and you have the feeling he likes to have the stability at the club and doesn't really want to be chopping and changing managers when things get tough. He's given Pardew another chance after last season's disaster but make no mistake about it, if he fails again, he will be gone.

Everton was a massive blow, he seemed to be improving things before that. He desperately needs to go back to the 4-3-3 we were using and just trust the team to turn it around. If he tinkers too much, brings back the solid pros, I can see it getting worse. Win against Cardiff and everyone will forget about us for another couple of weeks.
