Guest neesy111
Odd timing for these kind of posts like, he did well today. We played it around well. No that's your opinion. I'd say we only started playing well after the subs we made.

Fenham Mag
I don't care if we played well today, I still want the spineless cunt sacked.
Jayson
In seriousness, we played it out from the back all day today & linked it well in midfield constantly. You cant slate him when we play it long and then ignore any beneficial change in style of play placing the improvement purely at different players playing. It was both. nemtizz
Odd timing for these kind of posts like, he did well today. We played it around well. Odd post. Despite him starting Shola again, then having to fix his mistake 64 minutes in? Sure, I'm f***ing chuffed and we did play well but I'm not sure this excuses him for the utter turd he's been dishing up.

Dokko
"The fans got it right, it was a mixed reaction, some were saying Newcastle comes first and others welcoming him because he's a great player." Think that's about the best thing he's said in a long time. Perfect way to call the situation and his return. I took that from that quote, also. And I fecking hate the bastard! I like it: 1: fans are right and he's siding with them 2: fans have a right to be pissed (so is he) 3: fans also appreciated his ability (so does he) 4: leaves the door open for him to return 5: media can't make a bigger deal out of it as he's said it was mixed, not trying to hide from it. alexf
Today was first time in a long while where we started the game in the way he tries to claim we do. Passed it on the deck and were closing down well.

Sure its been bad, but today offered a glimmer of hope that we can play as an actual football team under him. Passing and stuff. I expected more posts of "do that more often you tit" etc.
Gallowgate Toon
We played attacking football under Pardew?! Hopefully he gets the idea of starting Shola out of his head now.
Varadi
Deserves credit today - set the team up well, we attacked throughout and made the subs that secured the 3 points.
alexf
Until Remy came on it did still look like baby steps on the offensive front. But they were baby steps in the right direction. If we can move away from relying on just Hatem to create we will be stronger. Papiss was far more dangerous 2nd half with abit of service.
Dave
I did wonder how much of the playing it out from the back was down to the supposed groin injury Krul has, but it was nice to see whatever the reason.
Interpolic
Couldn't believe our front 6 by the end, Fulham weren't threatening but fair play as it was the right thing to do. Remy will be an important player for us.
Foluwashola
Got the better of the incredible tactician Martin Jol. Big improvement, more of the same please.
WarrenBartonCentrePartin
Just heard him on BBC Newcastle. Did his usual thing of talking a good game. Said bringing Remy and Gouffran on meant that they had to sit off and couldn't focus on containing Ben Arfa and it created space. Credit to him for noticing that but as always it's whether he sticks to his guns. I'm still convinced Jonas and Tiote will be shoehorned back into the XI when fit. Chris_R
Remy looked dangerous because Pardew hasn't coached it out of him yet. Trust me, he'll be Sissoko'd in a couple of weeks.
WarrenBartonCentrePartin
He also said if Cabaye goes there's someone we've got our eye on as a replacement, however it's whether or not we can GET IT OVER THE FUCKING LINE. Swear down he's on fucking commission from 'The Line Crossing Company" or some crap to get that in wherever possible.
toontownman
People still chanting s*** like 'Pardew give us a wave' Well thats all fair and good if they are doing it waving their middle finger around as they chant. Providing its not in the family enclosure.

Beren
"There was no problem second half, we could of had three or four, Remy came on and we suddenly looked like we doubled out threat, out of respect to our other strikers, he is a class act. SkySports, pff! Strong end to the game, hope it continues (with the same personnel!) against Villa. Three clean sheets on the bounce will hopefully have restored some pride to the defence after last season, and the 4-0 against Man Citeh.

Deluded about what? We looked so much better today, even during a relatively poor quality first half. Enjoy it, man. It could be a good thing.
