It was proper horrible, I couldn't sum up the words to shout at him and hit the ceiling of abuse after about 7 minutes. Absolutely hate him as a ref, fucking terrible. LFEE Posted August 6, 2014 Share Posted August 6, 2014 Howard Webb is gone as a referee. :) The most irksome thing about Webb and a lot of modern day refs is they make too many decisions which spoils the flow of the game and in turn the decision is very debatable... I'd love refs just to let play carry on... I think they term it game management with the idea being nothing boils over etc but the problem is a lot of games aren't even allowed to simmer...
