It has to move a certain amount IIRC.

Get the tape measure out lads.

That foot on the ball has to count as a touch regardless of how much the ball moves.  Rules are bollocks otherwise.

"the ball is in play when it is kicked and moves" is the law. It used to be the circumference of the ball but they messed about with it. Swiss people, eh?

Actually printed off a copy of the laws so I could brandish it at mackems and humans but the bosses have fucked that up now

Crooks' Team Of The Week comments on James Collins

If you are in a battle there are certain defenders you want in your team and James Collins is one of them. He has already made my TOTW this season and seems to be playing better than ever at the moment. Players like Christian Benteke were made for people like James Collins. It's the Roberto Firminos and Philippe Coutinhos that tend to pose a problem for the Welshman but not on this occasion. Like Gandalf, one of the main protagonists in JR Tolkien's novels The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, James Collins maintains the theme 'you shall not pass'.

I'm just thinking that it would be mint if on replays they left a ghost image at various points of where a player had been. Just watching that gif in the HBA thread it make me think how class it would look to see each stage of his run with the ball.
