Guest bimpy474
Maybe Ashley got rid because JFK failed to get new players in
Si
Could a new (competent) DOF be the end of Pards? http://www.themag.co.uk/assets/2012/06/denniswise1.jpg
Mike
Was probably brought in to sell Cabaye. First day on the gig he's calling him Kebabs, and now that's he sold he can go home.
Yorkie
Now I know he is forever history, I can't wait to hear his interview.
James
Could a new (competent) DOF be the end of Pards? Don't think we will hire another, probably going to get an Ashley crony in a commercial role. As for Pardew he is probably in a stronger position at the moment as having seen off Joe Kinnear, JK can be the source of blame if our second half of season form isn't as good. Guest bimpy474
Fucking hell, i really hope Ashley doesn't let Pardew sign the players.....

jdckelly
Did Pardew get him out I wonder?
Yorkie
It's another head-scratcher, like. Various plausible reasons for why he's gone. It won't be the most obvious one, like, ie: he was an embarrassment who was terrible at signing players.
Scotty66
Ron Atkinson to be hired.
quayside
So who is in charge? thats a damn good question Charnley and Irving do the day to day running of the club, no change there. Kinnear supposedly handled "player business". I hear the cynics loud and clear on him having achieved his purpose, I'll run with the idea that he's gone because he was utter crap at the job(what a surprise) and Pardew has seen him off. JH
He's clearly been pushed out. Probably by Ashley for fucking something up.
AyeDubbleYoo
Job done. Brought in to sell Cabaye at the right price so his work here is done. We really didn't need to hire anyone to do that. Especially not a barely functional alcoholic who doesn't know the name of the guy he's selling.

Guest alijmitchell
I feel underwhelmed. The damage has been done IMO. There's no joy in this. The club is washing the shitty sheets after a huge bout of bed-cacking, but the stains are still there. It is not irrepairable. Nothing £20m well spent pounds plus improved (or new) management can sort out. I know, I'm just concerned about this since we all know Ashley is the problem. JFK was a fucking embarrassment, but a small part of a large problem. God knows what happens next. What ever reasons the club give id be inclined to disbelieve
Stifler
If Pardew was behind him going then there is no way he's going, it makes him virtually untouchable.
LucaAltieri
Is no one really considering the option that maybe he really did resign (rather than being sacked) because he feels he didn't get the job done? "Judge me on my signings." It's a thought.

We know he has no good intentions. They have taken the enjoyment out of it. The buzz when a goal is scored and hope that it might lead to good times.
