Hopefully by taking the action of getting rid of JFK he already has someone lined up and is just taking the deadwood out of the club ready for the new guy. It's like when anyone anywhere gets sacked these days, the person being sacked gets a payoff and there is a "compromise agreement" where both sides agree to say nothing.
