Paully
Bubble trip confirmed for them lot - ouch! So if they live in Town they have to go to Sunderland then to Town then back to Sunderland then back to Town!
David Icke - Son of God
I'd have sympathy if they weren't on RTG claiming they've never, ever done anything wrong and they're being punished for our actions. Must've forgot the pitch invasions every single fucking time they score.

WarrenBartonCentrePartin
Aye one of my mates is moaning on about it, having already moaned on that we're charging them too much for tickets. I've told him simply "don't go then" but I doubt he'll consider that.

They go quiet when you point that out.
TheHoob
Will the buses go straight to the stadium? Seems like a better idea than a police escort walking them up from Central where nuggets from either side can act like Bertie big bollocks behind a police corden. Benwell Lad
While I sympathise with decent fans who are inconvenienced, this has been coming. They've boasted about turning some gay bar over in Newcastle and it's become some badge of honour for them to flood social media with tales about "running at mags" and generally behaving like complete tossers all the way from Sunderland to Newcastle as well as smashing up trains on their way to Middlesbrough or wherever they're playing. They also seem unable to comprehend that unlike the deserted industrial wasteland they call home, Newcastle is a modern bustling city which will also be crowded with people not attending the football match on a Saturday lunchtime. Its their god given right to whinge about the constant persecution of their species though. Was the SOL derby not the same thing or did they decide against it? WarrenBartonCentrePartin
The way one of my mackem mates is going on is incredible. "if it wasn't for your c***s of fans we wouldn't have to do it" Told him it's just a bus and he'll get over it - "I won't. It's the principal" Told him he can still go out at silly o'clock and drink - "Wey they will have us on the c***s at 9am" As I'm in a group message, a lass I know responded with - "I can see to Joe Bloggs who has no interest why it's a good idea. Saves money and numbers of policing. Just a bit of a pain for fans" To which he responded - "No it's got nothing to do with that. Some c*** punches a horse and I get punished for it. Also wouldn't be much of an issue if they get it as well. But those c***s, despite causing the problem can do whatever they want coming here" Honestly, I've never known so much outcry over getting a bus. f***ing deal with it. Already happens in other derbies. Surprised it's taken this long for Northumbria Police to implement it tbh. As for us not getting the same, it'll probably change next season. Dokko
They are vermin, they need escorting in and out of my city. If I had my way they wouldn't be let in at all.
triggs
I have never lived in the area and have only been to Newcastle games a few times so could anyone tell me how long roughly it would take to get from Sunderland to Newcastle in a bus?

Approximately half an hour. The police will make the trip take about four times as long as that though.
Guest Roger Kint
'Defo not going to the derby this year, Jim Hughes buses to and from the game, all because the toon army smashed there own town up cos they got beat 3-0, it's pathetic! Spoiling the game! I'm sure the police had played there part in it not being televised as well! Wankers' I love these people, as if butter wouldnt melt the way they go on! The metro would take longer though after the Police herd them about and keep them at Central for ages before walking up.

David Icke - Son of God
I'd not be happy if we were forced on a bubble trip and I do have some sympathy but this sort of stuff... Dokko
From what I hear it's stemmed from a nexus request to the police after several years of them smashing up the metros and the police not doing enough to stop it, nexus told the police last week they'll not run their service at all to prevent them travelling and now why the bubble bus journey has had to be put on. Anderson
Was going to say, surely it's got much more to do with the way they behave like fucking chimps every season, without fail, on the Metro. If I was in charge of it I'd tell them where to go too.
Benwell Lad
Just as the arrival of the internet coincided with macums being the hardest fans in football, it now seems some nutter punching a police horse has coincided with them all behaving like little angels.
