I bet Downing could deliver a better cross than Jonas or Obertan 9 times out of 10 though. True.... but i'm pretty sure Sinclair is available for a similar price and Ince for a couple of mill more. Looked pretty good at Villa, then Dalglish got hold of him and his form has eroded ever since. Despite the poor stats he is much better than Gutierrez imo.
