merlin
I know it is only wiki but it says that the Donestk owner is funding the Russian separatists in Ukraine. This is not someone we should be doing business with. Using that logic, we shouldn't do business with the Scots either, seeing as they also have an independence movement going on... There are many unanswered questions about why the situation in Ukraine blew up and who was really behind it. The Russians are not the only bad guys.... However, this is a football matter - and site - and politics shouldn't really enter into it. Any player we wanted from one of the Ukrainian clubs is almost certain to be just as sick of the situation as we are and if he would be an asset to NUFC, so be it. Nothing against the player, it is the concept of giving millions of pounds to someone who is financially backing the people that blew our own fans up which is the issue for me. TaylorJ_01
I'd say yes, but mostly because he's massive. In fairness, he was one of the only Cameroonians who looked good.
