So we want to buy a player that needs to adapt to the Premier League immediately to help us stay up so we plan to play him out of position. Mmm.

:anguish:

Saivet, Shelvey and a striker and we might manage to stay up. Still major concerns about the defence like but we might control games better, create and score more at least with those three.

If we even get two out of those three I'll be amazed. It feels like the club has given up and we are just hoping something will change somehow.

I doubt anyone of us know how good/bad Saivet is and we don't even know who the striker is! Too early to say what will or won't keep us up.

Shelvey looked a class above our midfielders in the few minutes I watched today.  Composed on the ball, always looking to play forward and had a strong range of passing.  Also drove forward and attacked the space in between the defence and midfield when it was on.  Sign him up.

Thought he was pretty average myself. That's his problem, he's sporadic.

Saviet will be the shelvey fallback.

Remy will be plan be if we don't get a permenant deal for an overhyped but ultimate flop forward. By the time we realize plan a b and c won't happen Remy will likely be at another club.

Can't really afford to go foreign this window imo. We need proven and tested in this league.

Was it bimpy who suggested Nzonzi? Would be a good option imho

I did, he doesn't seem to be in their team at the moment. He'd be perfect for us, box to box, tackles, scores a few, Premier League ready.

We'll value him at £5m, they'll want £6m, and someone else will buy him for £7m. Ah Portsmouth, Leeds etc

Aye, he's basically a lot of what we need in midfield and he's played in Thai league. No chance they'll have even considered it though

Never knew that
