sempuki
Some right bollocks in the papers today about the King having £60m to spend. I doubt Ashley has sanctioned that much in all the time he has been here.
Unbelievable
You doubt?
Ste
£60m includes players wages over entirety of the contract, agents fees, medical insurance and a rather generous, it not entirely necessary, donation to the Nigerian space programme.
LRD
30k per week over 6 years takes up over 9m already. And that's excluding transfer fees and sign-on fees. Three or four players and that's your 60m.
Unbelievable
There is no "60 million", and that's before the club tweeted they never said there would be.

Wilson
£60m I'd be fucking raging if he got backed with that, use a wedge of it to bring a decent manager in and back him with less you fuck monkeys.
TRon
£60m I'd be fucking raging if he got backed with that, use a wedge of it to bring a decent manager in and back him with less you fuck monkeys. Disgraceful though that would be, it would actually be more effective
Jordan
Who cares? the signings will be shit and even if they're good it's still the same manager ruining them.

Wilson
£60m I'd be f***ing raging if he got backed with that, use a wedge of it to bring a decent manager in and back him with less you f*** monkeys. Disgraceful though that would be, it would actually be more effective Would honestly prefer it, especially as it would mean the good players we have already wouldn't constantly be getting wasted. Unbelievable
There's absolutely no way we're spending even half that much man.. I think people are aware of this. So why get yourself worked up about the prospect of it being given to Pardew to spend? The Edwards article contained two bits of "news": 1) Pardew is staying and 2) he will be given 60 million this summer. The second bit was denied by the club within half an hour, yet that is what people are up in arms about, ignoring the much more important 1) snippet...
