Levy has tried every type of manager and has cut short their tenure everytime when he personally started to feel the heat, he is a coward and his mismanagement has cost spurs big time, I think he might go for an experienced Italian that can put together a short term first 11.

Losing their manager due to a crackpot Super League plan a week before their biggest game all season. Great work Levy.

At least he was able to leak inaccurate reports of the players hating him though.

Their next appointment will be underwhelming and they’ll lose Kane this summer.

How do you know they were inaccurate reports?

Well a number of players (Kane included) coming out in support of him this week, when they have no allegiances left, is a stark picture.

Especially when one article named Kane as a player desperate for him to go.

It's been reported that Kane was the only player by the end that was still happy playing for Mourinho

Toby Alderweireld has revealed that he and his teammates were sad to see Jose Mourinho and his coaching staff leave Tottenham last week.”

Tottenham captain Hugo Lloris has insisted that his teammates must take the blame for Jose Mourinho’s sacking.”

Sounds like just Kane.

Honestly what players say in public and private (like with most people) is different.

Absolutely. But if they all hated him as much as reported, they wouldn’t be falling over themselves to back him. They have no reason to. Players also usually love a cheeky Instagram jibe after a sacking too.

"Only Harry Kane was loyal to Mourinho at the end"

Oh, that’s settled then.

If you read the article it's pretty in depth about how it all fell apart and most players ended up hating him and his methods

Mourinho needs a team he can craft in his own image, a team in which he’s essentially the only personality. I think he and Rafa are similar in that way, though they go about it in different ways. As players become bigger personalities and “brands” themselves, someone like Mourinho will struggle to impose his will.

He’d be a tremendous hire for a club like us (under a different owner). He’s an asshole, but he’s still one of the brilliant minds in the game.

Bang on RE the personality thing, I think he also needs to be at a club where the fans would be right behind him over the players if you like, like with Rafa here, and I think he’d get that at NUFC easily. I do think he needs some time out of the game though.

Said it at the time, but Spurs will rue the day they got rid of Poch.

Depends on the choices they make imo. There are other good managers out there Allegri and Rafa to name a couple. They maybe in a similar position to us after Sir Bobby left us.

if Arsenal, are bought and get their act together, and obviously with Leicester being very well ran and Wet Ham doing well and potentially us under the Saudi’s, it could be some time before they qualify for the champions league again.

Agree, he even mentioned he would fancy a project reviving a big name club which had fallen from previous heights, I think he mentioned us and Villa by name.
