Mbemba Youre A Womble
Can't be the only one that would love to see West Ham drop, so could be decent news if Southampton can have a little lift whilst WH are in a tale spin. Wouldn't mind Palace or Stoke going down with them tbh. WBA, WHU and Stoke would be my ideal three to get fucked No PL game until 31st, away at West Ham. So if board have done it right, and found someone ready to come in quick, they could have decent amount of time to prepare and get that 'manager lift' going. Win in cup against Wigan wouldn't be worst of starts either.
Twinport53
They’ll survive now like. Probably to the consequence of Huddersfield. If Swansea turn them over and they don't beat West Ham it's game over like. New manager or not.
Guest firetotheworks
About time. Hopefully it's too late or they get they new manager bounce against Huddersfield.

Was chatting to a Hammers mate and said that we hate Ashley (with good reason), but the Porn kings are proper gangsters and thieves. Imagine being sat on the fence and yet so far from the action - there was a joke from the weekend about the stewards being so slow to react because they were winded running from the fence to the sideline. So yeah, fuck West Ham.

AyeDubbleYoo
It was worth a try though, they still have a chance. Unlike WBA, who definitely have left it too late.
Disco
Shocked to see the impartial Robbie Savage touting his beloved Sparky for the job. Next up Dean Saunders if he can learn how to spring two sentences together.

Kimbo
I laughed at the headline about this on the daily mails site this morning, "Mark Hughes set for STUNNING return to management". It's about as stunning as smelling a turd and discovering it smells like shit.
Mole_Toonfan
Too late for the Saints, is my prediction. Agree, they've been on the slide for ages. Should have acted a minimum 6 weeks ago. Only way they don't go down is if teams like Palace and West Ham contrive to be even worse.

leffe186
Hmm he could keep them up. Damn. He hasn’t really done a fire-fighting job like this before, has he? QPR I guess.
St1pe
Has he ever done a good job? Surely Silva would have been a much better appointment. Given their squad I think any half decent manager with a bounce will keep them up.

Given the money he spent at Stoke I really don’t think he made any vast improvement to them. I’d throw Hughes into the same category as Moyes, Pardew etc. They keep getting jobs despite being awful and blaming everyone but themselves publicly. Wouldn't mind Palace or Stoke going down with them tbh. WBA, WHU and Stoke would be my ideal three to get f***ed No PL game until 31st, away at West Ham. So if board have done it right, and found someone ready to come in quick, they could have decent amount of time to prepare and get that 'manager lift' going. So yeah, f*** West Ham. West Ham v Millwall at that stadium with those stewards would be amazing . Would love to see them go down. I know their run-in is tough, but they still have a handful of games against also-rans and relegation candidates, and you'd expect Lanzini, Arnautovic and Chicharito to come good for at least a couple of wins, like they did against Watford and Huddersfield. I just don't see the teams below them coming up with much, and so realistically West Ham would need to probably fail to get more than a point from playing both games against Southampton and Stoke. It's possible, but I don't think it's going to happen. Impressive that they've managed to fuck up such a favourable position though:
