Anyway, this argument is silly. If we're only going to invite teams with a chance of wining a lot would have to be excluded. I think the make-up of the World Cup is just right as it is. It's not like the poorer teams are out there getting beat 10 - 0 and stuff. There'll always be surprises, and teams and players that come out of nowhere and it adds to the enjoyment for sure.
