Safe to say with this shitbag at the helm, next season is going to depend solely on whichever new players (if any) we sign in the summer. Massive ask since they'll more than likely be untried in English football.

And then we'll have to replace them the following Summer anyway because they'll have either been burnt out or had the flair coached out of them.

If Pardew died, Kinnear would be back claiming he's channeling the spirit of Pards. When in actual fact, he's just a man who drinks a lot of Mr Muscle.

So your saying he has channeled the energy of Pardew?

What a pathetic season this cunt is responsible for. It was never going to be anything. Pardew and Mike must be happy with being the most boring and mediocre team from here to hell and back. Sell the club, fire the manager, and get rid of all the players. Except Hatem.

No point in expecting anything as long as those cunts on top are here, hope to fuck the fans still care when he(mike) decides enough is enough.

Tbh we've seen some good patches of football, particularly away from home.  It never lasts more than 45 minutes though, so most games end up fucking annoying.

We are fucked without Remy like, think we'd need to sign 2 or 3 decent players just to give us what he gives us.

Aye, Remy is the engine that makes us work. Without him we're just spare parts, with him we seem to tick over nicely.

Alan's a cunt etc

Sheer fact we could have finished better than the 5th place season despite the shit we served up is crazy.

One ounce of ambition and holding on to Yo and we would have done that.

Can't imagine Ashley could be satisfied with what he's seeing right now? He doesn't like to spend money and with this clown at the helm what he is spending is being pissed up against the wall! Good players are turning into gash, played out of position and having the skill coached out of them in favour of graft.

If there is a modicum of truth in the Ashley wants to see attacking football quotes from Pardew then he must have some interest in what goes on on the pitch and he sure as hell can't be happy with what he's seeing. Ashley is a cunt of the highest order but he's no mug and Pardew's soundbites of front foot football won't be fooling him.

Maybe I'm clutching at straws, but we all know that even though Ashley has no ambition for the club but even as an advertising vehicle there needs to be a modicum of success. Unless we see an upturn in results I think he may be gone at season end, gut feeling and as bad as it sounds because I feel dirty for wanting us to lose, my main fear is that Remy will supply him with a lifeline again.

Again pure conjecture, maybe wishful thinking, but with his reappearance at games I don't think all is well at camp Pardew. Finish bottom half after the season of turmoil he's given us and it could be the last straw. It makes financial sense, even in terms of league placing, could a better manager get us to top 7 or 8? Those extra payments for placing would eradicate Pardews wages for a year.

A couple of freak results after the first derby defeat have carried us really.

If there's a trace of truth in Ashley liking attacking football, the last 4 games he's come to watch would mean he'd sack this cunt tomorrow.

Unfortunately, his poxy clothes shop of which we are the main advert is more important to him.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that Ashley was disappointed with Pardew after this game http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/13444173 when we dropped to 12th as that lost him money won from the league positions.

Ashley's found a manager he can trust after dealing with a few that dared to stand up to him, can't see him ditching that situation in a hurry.

Sadly, this

Ashley probably doesn't give a shit how we play, no, but he can't be happy with us dropping down the table and losing money? He can't be happy that he's spending x amount on players with the intention to make a profit only to see them devalued by this clueless nugget. There are plenty of ways in which Pardew is currently costing him cold hard cash, season ticket renewals (allbeit not as consequential) look to be hurting his pocket too. Where does the line end and what does it take to cross it?

It's more PR bullshit man, as if Ashley gives a flying fuck how we play.  Come on man, wake up.

Erm yes i know that. Just saying that if it was true he would have sacked him, which he hasn't hence it isn't true. He just cares about making money, and we do that perfectly well for him.

Cisse & possibly Santon aside, they're not losing value though.

http://metro.co.uk/2014/03/30/change-the-record-newcastle-united-fans-have-heard-all-alan-pardews-lame-excuses-before-4683564/?

It was billed as ‘the race for eighth’ but by full time Newcastle United were lucky to have escaped St Mary’s without having conceded that number of goals

Quite simply they were thrashed by Southampton.

Manager and self-proclaimed ‘personality’ Alan Pardew returned after his three match stadium ban bringing with him his ‘winning mentality’ and claims he would ‘revive the dressing room’.

Pardew watched the disaster unfold from a seat in the stands but on the evidence of Saturday it’s a shame the stadium ban couldn’t be extended indefinitely.

Deputy goalkeeper Rob Elliot returned to the side in place of the injured Tim Krul and was the only Toon player to leave the pitch with some credibility after a handful of fine saves.

Under-fire Pardew claimed the performance ‘wasn’t us’ and said the club needed to make sure it ‘never happens again.’

The Toon chief’s random excuse generator must be worn out because we’ve heard it all before.

This season Pardew has extended his losing streak to Sunderland, and seen his side taken to pieces on more than a handful of occasions. And that’s on top of early cup exits in both domestic competitions.

The Toon showed more passion in a scrap between midfielder Cheick Tiote and centre-back Mike Williamson, who had to be separated by team-mates, than collectively against the opposition.

Pardew may believe the club still has much to play for in 2014 but on this inept display it is not pride and his players obviously don’t agree with him.

Empty promises of money to spend and Mike Ashley backing a summer rebuild were made prior to kick-off, but it will surely amount to nothing more than essential maintenance to maintain Premier League status.

Hatem Ben Arfa appeared to throw in the towel on his Newcastle career, or Pardew made his mind up for him, after the Frenchman was hooked at half time for tactical reasons.

Elsewhere, captain Fabricio Coloccini has been linked to a laughable transfer to Barcelona by Ashley’s First Direct News pages.

Mathieu Debuchy has claimed he isn’t committing to anything beyond the World Cup – with PSG allegedly waiting in the wings to reunite the full back with his friend and former colleague Yohan Cabaye.

Up front on-loan Loic Remy will obviously be on his way as will Shola Ameobi when his contract expires in June.

And, despite comments mid-week from Pardew about Luuk De Jong needing to show more if he is to earn a transfer from Borussia Monchengladbach, the striker found himself dropped to the bench, an early indication his move won’t be made permanent.

The Toon have now lost eight of their 13 matches in 2014 and are if nothing else we are lucky to have secured enough points to save us from the drop , for this season at least.

Find myself disgusted at pretty much not feeling any joy when we win, as I know it keeps Pardew safer than he already is.

Completely emotionally detached from it all now. Wins mean nothing substantial other than it keeps the points ticking over, losses don't even register any more. Complete ambivalence and it's utter shit.

Got the champions at home on Saturday and I genuinely couldn't give the first fuck what happens, the enthusiasm and passion has long since been kicked out of me by the cunt in the dugout and his owner.
