Geogaddi
All this bollocks about Amorim walking into a mess of a club so he can't be blamed for results is well and truly being showed up by the job Moyes is doing so far at Everton.
54
In their next 3 they have Ipswich and Leicester. They can't be that shit they lose both of them, surely? If they do, they'll actually be in the shit.
Nobody
Should have listened to Ashworth and brought an English manager in
CPL
I actually don't think Southgate would have been this bad. Think he would have got Rashford on board for starters.
54
Just now, Nobody said: Should have listened to Ashworth and brought an English manager in I said at the time Ten Haag got appointed that Southgate wouldn't have actually been a horrendous appointment, and he certainly wouldn't have been as bad as Amorim has been so far. Southgate's downside is tactical, but what he lacks in that, he's gains in building chemistry and changing the mentality of a team/nation, and that's what Man United needed, a little bit like what OGS bought, he wouldn't have been a long term solution as his limitations would eventually catch up with him, but at the time, given where their squad and team was at, he made sense, and could have been a facilitator to get them back to where they think the belong, for the next guy to then take them to that next level. As it is they got someone who very clearly needs a full pre-season to get his ideas across, is young and inexperienced, and naive to the extreme, and they're paying the price for it, and its glorious to watch. Ben
I reckon Almiron is probably a good coach but not a good manager, he could probably do with an elder statesman along side him to keep the squad in harmony

dcmk
I truly thought, and was concerned, that Amorim would do very well for them But must say I'm loving his work at the moment. Edited 6 hours ago by dcmk

They are only ones daft enough to pay the asking price.

andycap
If they continue going as they are the Premier league will be trying to push through a mid table championship. 😂 With Europe on offer. Edited 7 hours ago by andycap

Don't think he had a choice with the form of others. One thing he is good at is uniting the dressing room as they're not playing like a team at the minute. Gola
Clear pen that. Ridiculous decision. LETS not show the referee the angle of De Lights pull of the shirt and lets not show the better angle of Maguire's pull of the shirt, let's just show a far away one where you can't tell and it looks like a dive. Premier League is obviously not important enough for director/assistants to bother with other angles.
tgarve
That red for Arsenal the other week which was majorly dodgy wasn’t changed because of refs call. This one is changed when it’s not even clear and they don’t show all the angles. Complete joke would be raging if I was an Everton fan
