Simply said he's an emotional guy and that he'll say these things in the heat of the moment and all he needs is 10 minutes with himself to regroup. I hate my kids sometimes too. I'm not sure of your age but I'd love to know how Newcastle felt about Keegan, who by all accounts is one of your best ever managers. He was extremely emotional and had outbursts where he lost control of his emotions. I like that side of Amorim. Of course, if he doesn't win against Burnley he's in major trouble and this is all moot. It was questions that needed to be asked after loosing to Grimsby ffs. bobbydazzla
Imagine living in a world where you’re gutted that a transfer is looking like it might collapse, when that transfer would see a player you paid £84m for, leaving for £25m Whilst on the same day also being delighted that a player you paid £75m for is now leaving and you’re feeling chuffed that you might potentially get £40m back Yet the dildo of consequence is still unused, it’s sitting in the bedside drawer gathering dust Edited August 30, 2025 by bobbydazzla

Think hating Danes is more of a you thing bro. Most of us think they are pretty chill and sticking to their own business, but thats maybe just because we can't understand a word that is coming out of their mouth. If he has another great season in Spain his value will rise a lot and we'd get a lot more in the future. I don't think any of us are delighted that Hojlund is going, but I also don't get why people are sliding the fees about to make it seem worse. We didn't pay £75m, we paid £64m, and it's not potentially £40m, it's £43m. It would represent PSR profit. Both of those deals are good. Garnacho is the one that was too cheap if anything. You’re buying players for fuckloads at prices that would smash transfer records at most others clubs. And they’re awful so you’re selling them for a massive loss after a couple of years And all this is able to happen without financial consequences because you had a period of extended and unparalleled success over 15 years ago during an era where global interest in the PL was Sky rocketed and clubs were quite rightly allowed to make their own decisions on what they wanted to spend on players Sticks in the craw a bit, not gonna lie Edited August 30, 2025 by bobbydazzla

Have been rather hyperbolic, admittedly. However, I just saw the perfect example explaining my opinion as a Norwegian when it comes to Swedes & Danes: "We'd give up a kidney if they ever needed one, but like fuck we'd let them borrow a charger." However, Man United have the highest xG in the league, second highest shots on target in the league after Liverpool and by far the most touches in the oppositions box in the league. Thoughts guys? We were 20th when he took over with 15 games left staring relegation in the face - he kept us up then the next season had us on 33 points after 11 games and got us promoted. He took us to the premier league and finished second behind arguably the best manager in the world. We were in a much much better place for him being our manager, if you honestly think this isn’t success then I feel we’ll never ever see eye to eye. He blew a 13 point lead because he was unable to adapt his tactics. His poor emotional self - management affected the team’s performance. He made up for tactical shortcomings by buying players. he was fucking great. I loved him. It was a great time to be a Newcastle supporter but he wasn’t successful by any tangible measure. Eddie is orders of magnitude more successful than Keegan and he brought Bournemouth from nothing to an established premier league team. No comparison, not that you were comparing.
