Was reading the other day that Ashworth wanted Frank or another name I forget but King Rat decided he knew better and went for Amorim against advice. May be bollocks but very funny.

Either way getting a manager in who is apparently only ever willing to play a single formation is a totally fucking mental move.

D'yall think Glasner will be allowed to leave Palace for them at this juncture? Reports out there indicate he'd be keen.

Sacking the guy who plays a system that doesn't work with the players for another manager who uses the same system would be peak man u in fairness

Ten Hag was better.

Serious question for Froggy . You seem to have faith in Amorim. What is it that you've seen that gives you that faith ?

He told me the good times are coming.

I can envision the Tweet thanking Man United for taking Glasner off their hands and how much of an honour it was to let him leave for Manchester. With some AI slop photo of the two stadiums side by side with a heart emoji in the middle.

Like Howe went from first game:

Darlow: Schar, Lascelles, Clark: Murphy, Shelvey, Willock, Ritchie: Wilson, Joelinton

to game 4 and the first win as:

Dubravka: Manquillo, Schar, Lascelles, Lewis: Shelvey, Joelinton, Willock: ASM, Wilson, Almiron

He tried to continue what Bruce was looking at, realised it was shite, spent time on training ground and ended up settling on the 4-3-3 that was improved in consistency over time. Just fucking no where near the same situation as Amorim, who has countless internationals, a side that was pushing for Europe when he came in, not one where his form is a side that's bottom 6 in Prem :D

He wanted Ashworth to be more ‘visionary’ with his suggestions and not so pragmatic.

Didn’t West Ham decide against Amorim? I seem to remember them talking to him

Froggy knows man, but for some reason he just can't engage seriously on certain topics.

Thought this was a funny watch.

At the end:

"The Grimsby fans have got Onana up on their shoulders. There's statues being built."

This was a funny watch  "it's alright celebrating scoring you're meant to be bloody saving them"

It was a truly outstanding performance from Onana, he'd have been better standing still.

So, are "experts" now going to start claiming that no talent will ever go to Man Utd again as they refused Mainoo a loan deal, or is that logic exclusively for us?

Amorim on if he can say with absolute certainty he'll be #mufc manager after the international break: “I don't know what is going to happen. That is my idea [to stay], but again, I am not going to promise you nothing, what is going to be the future. But I'm the manager of Manchester United and I think that is not going to change.”
