STM Posted February 3, 2022 Share Posted February 3, 2022 Hayden has been really poor for ages and is injured. Clark, as we all have said, should be nowhere near a starting 11 in the PL anymore. It's really pleasing to see the lessening of poor players around the squad. Personally, I would have binned Ritchie for Lewis but in Howes mind I'm guessing he'd rather have Ritchie around a match day squad. One of his few remaining good traits is that he grafts his arse off and motivates other players. Looking down that list, Krafth is the next one for the chop. I'd rather have him than Ritchie but at the same time, if he is to salvage any of that promise he needs to go out and get more games and experience. Fantail Breeze Posted February 3, 2022 Share Posted February 3, 2022 Have criticised Howe expecting him to favour Clark over Fernandez but very pleased to see he’s dropped Clark from the squad rather than him. I do question the decision to omit Lewis for Ritchie though. Think it’s really harsh and I’m disappointed Lewis is seemingly never going to get a chance after being thrown in a Bruce shit show.
